Ardex A35 mix is a blend which incorporates Ardex A35 cement and graded sands producing an ultra-rapid drying floor screed which means it can be walked on after only 3 hours.

  • A35 is pre-blended with graded sand for your convenience – you will just need to add water.

  • Ready to be walked on after only 3 hours of application.

  • Ready for ceramic and natural stone tiles to be laid directly after just 24 hours

  • Ready to install wood, carpet or vinyl floor coverings after 24 hours, or just 4 hours for carpet and vinyl when smoothed with Ardex A55
